A busy pre-print week for us- but we are thrilled to share Scott’s thesis work fom my lab and Boulter lab on unifying how cilia loss (or defects in cilia-localized signaling) converge on polycystic disease, common mechanisms and signatures induced to rewire cystic microenvironment, as as well as super cool lineage tracing of cyst progenitors in polycystic livers!
